Orders are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via the carrier you've selected. If you've chosen for a carrier with Track & Trace, we will provide you with a link to track your package online. Orders that are produced by our third party also incur a fulfillment delay that generally should be less than five days.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Free shipping

Free shipping only applies under certain conditions. It depends on item weight, size and final destination. Shipping changes including intercepts, address change, and related actions may be subject to service fee of no more than €10 per shipment. Post office box

Using a post office box is not a problem, but make sure that you can actually sign for a package if you choose a Track & Trace shipping option, since they always require a signature. If a package is returned because it cannot be signed for, we are willing to ship the package to you again. However, you will be required to pay for shipping costs again.

Order never arrived

If your order didn’t end up arriving, be sure to let us know within a timely matter, so that we can investigate what happened. However, if you used our free shipping option or specified an incorrect shipping address, there is nothing we can do, as you accept all the risk for this option.

Returns and refunds

Direct

Returns are not possible for items that were directly purchased from Coins of Nakamoto, as this store is run by an individual and not an actual company. This also means that any return periods defined by law are not applicable.

Third party

Orders that are handled by our third party provider can be returned within 14 days, if there is a defect or significant issue with the product. Please contact us if you want arrange an exchange or refund.

You will have to pay for any shipping costs to the warehouse of our third party provider. Once the item has arrived, been processed and approved, we will refund you the USD value of your initial order in Bitcoin. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you bought a T-shirt for $20 and paid 0.001BTC for it, you will be refunded $20 in Bitcoin at the moment of the actual refund.
